Core Hours
- Norway Office: 09:00 to 15:00 CET
- Purpose: Ensures team availability for meetings and collaboration
- Flexibility: Work hours outside this window can be arranged to suit your schedule
Core hours are when team members must be available for meetings and collaboration. You have flexibility with your remaining work hours as long as you meet your responsibilities and attend scheduled meetings.

Hubstaff Requirements
- All work hours must be tracked using Hubstaff
- Compensation is based on Hubstaff time entries
- Desktop app must be used for automatic tracking
Manual time entries require special approval and must include a valid reason.

- Personal information is protected
- Tracking is limited to work-related activities

Time Off Policies

Annual Leave
- Must be requested and approved via Hubstaff
- Plan ahead to ensure team coverage

Public Holidays
- All official public holidays are paid time off
- When a holiday falls on a weekend:
- The following working day becomes a holiday
- Example: Saturday holiday moves to Monday

Sick Leave
- Must be reported through Hubstaff
- Longer periods may require medical documentation

Requesting Time Off
- Submit requests through Hubstaff's Time Off Requests feature
- Choose the appropriate policy type:
- Annual Leave
- Sick Leave
- Await approval notification
- Update your team calendar

Overtime
- Overtime work is compensated with time off in lieu
- Must be pre-approved
- Should be recorded accurately in Hubstaff
